Customer Identification Policy

1. When opening an account with InstaForex Company, the Customer guarantees the accuracy of all the data entered. If the contact information is changed, the Customer shall inform the Company in time about the changes made.

2. In case of detecting any false information by the Company, the Customer acknowledges the inevitability of cancellation of all operations on the trading account and the repayment of the money via the requisites used for replenishing the account.

3. The Customer confirms that all the funds transferred to the trading account are legal and is ready to provide any documents requested by the Company for the procedure of account verification.

The Customer confirms that running an account with the Company is not illegal in his/her country and fully complies with its legislation.

4. The registered trading account is considered to be completely ready for usage only after the Customer has sent the documentation necessary for account verification (a scanned copy of the ID and a copy of the payment document proving the place of residence) and has received a notification of account checking.

5. The Customer agrees with the rule that prescribes using exclusively the same requisites as those used to replenish an account for withdrawal of funds from the account.

If the Customer attempts to withdraw the funds using the requisites different from those used for account replenishment, the Company can request additional documents identifying the Customer personality. The Company shall notify the Customer of impossibility to withdraw the funds if the requisites are different from those used for account replenishment.
