Conditions of the "Hummer to a jammy fellow" campaign

1. General conditions

• • 1.1 Campaign title - "Hummer to a jammy fellow" (hereinafter - Campaign).
  • 1.2 Campaign is organized by InstaForex Companies' group (hereinafter - Organizer)
  • 1.3 Within the framework of the Campaign the following draws are holding:
    • Draw of off-roadster Hummer H3;
    • Draw "Honourable mention prizes";
    • Draw "Prize for every hundred participant";
    • Draw “Friday 1000 US Dollars”.
  • 1.4 Time of the Campaign holding - from June 1st, 2009 to May 28th, 2010 (hereinafter - Period of the Campaign holding).
  • 1.4.1. Period of the Hummer H3 draw holding - from June 1st, 2009 to May 28th, 2010.
  • 1.4.2. Period of the draw "Honourable mention prizes" holding- from June 1st, 2009 to May 28th, 2010
  • 1.4.3. Period of the draw " Friday 1000 US Dollars " holding - from July 1st, 2009 to May 28th, 2010

2. Participants

• • 2.1. Sui juris citizens who own live trading account(s) in InstaForex company (hereinafter - Participant) may take part in the Campaign.
  • 2.2. In order to participate in the Campaign it is necessary to replenish live trading account in Company InstaForex on 1000.00 USD or more in the Period of the campaign holding and register at web-site www.instaforex.com.
  • 2.3. Participant has a right to register in the Campaign more than 1 account and raise his/her chances for the victory. However, in case contest administration detects more than 50 accounts registered by one person, it reserves the right to decrease the number of accounts till 50.
  • 2.4. Any account which meets the following term: A-B+C>1000.00 USD, where A - sum of replenishments since June 1st, 2009, B - withdrawals since June 1st, 2009, C - trading results.

3. Trading conditions

• • 3.1. All the orders that were put by the unmarketable prize are destined to cancellation.
  • 3.2. Contest participants may use Expert Advisors and any trading strategies without any restrictions.
  • 3.3. Contest participant can change his trading account to Swap-free by contacting Technical department.
  • 3.4. Other trading conditions for contest trading accounts are the same as for the live trading accounts of InstaForex.

4. Winners determination

4.1. Determination of the draw Hummer H3 winner (hereinafter - Winner of the Campaign).

• • 4.1.1. An account of the winner will be determined by means of the following scheme: 5 figures of the account are used in the procedure does not matter whether it is 5-figured or 6-figured account). In case these 5 figures agree with Hummer-number, a holder of this account will become an owner of Hummer H3.
  • 4.1.2. On Friday May 28th , 2010 23:59 rates of the following pairs will be fixed at the moment of trading session closing:
    • First figure of the Hummer-number - the last figure of the rate EURUSD;
    • Second figure of the Hummer-number - the last figure of the rate GBPUSD;
    • Third figure of the Hummer-number - the last figure of the rate USDJPY;
    • Fourth figure of the Hummer-number - the last figure of the rate USDCHF;
    • Fifth figure of the Hummer-number - the last figure of the rate USDCAD.
  • In case the last figure for pair EURUSD at the moment of trading session closing - 0, the first figure of the Hummer-number will be the second figure from the end for this pair. In case the second figure for this pair is zero as well the third one from the end is taken.
  • Currency rates from the USA server of InstaForex Company will be taken into account.
  • 4.1.3. In case account, which generated Hummer-number agrees with, is not a Participant of the Campaign, the Winner is considered succeeded or preceded account. The Winner is selected according to the principle of the biggest deposit, which is calculated according to the formula A-B+C.
  • 4.1.4. In case generated by this way Hummer-number agrees with two accounts - 5-figured, last 5 figures of a 6-figured account and last 5 figures of 7-figured account Hummer H3 will get the owner of the account with the biggest deposit (is calculated according to the formula A-B+C).

4.2. Determination of the "Honourable mention prizes" draw's winners

• • 4.2.1. Five Accounts-Participants which succeed Hummer-number and five accounts which precede the Winner account will become the winners of the draw "Honourable mention prizes".
  • 4.2.2. The Winner of the Campaign can not be at the same time the winner of the draw "Honorable mention prizes".
  • 4.2.3. The Winner of the draw "Honourable mention prizes" can not pretend to two or more prizes within the framework of the draw.
  • 4.2.4. In case the Winner determination of someone among the owners of these 10 accounts conflicts with the points 4.2.2. and 4.2.3. of these rules the Winner is considered to be the holder of the next account.

4.3. Determination of the "Prize for every hundred participant" draw's winners:

• • The Winner is considered to be every hundred participant.

4.4. Determination of the draw “Friday 1000 US Dollars”.

• • Conditions for receiving the prize 1000 US Dollars is the same as conditions of the Hummer draw. Every last Friday of the month when the market is closing we will fix “Hummer number”, the winner will be a person who has an account closer to the Hummer number.

5. Publication of the results

• • 5.1. Statistics of the countries and regions, which registration is made from, may be published.
  • 5.2. Results of the Campaign are published during 7 days after the Campaign and all necessary checks are finished.
  • 5.3. Organizer reserves the right to determine the period of "Prize for every hundred participant" draw results' publication during all the Campaign holding period.
  • 5.4. Contests results and report about Awarding ceremony will be published at the web-site www.instaforex.com and in some TV and printing mass media.

6. Prize receipt

6.1. Common provisions

• • 6.1.1. The winner of the campaign after the results announcement coordinates with the Organizer date, time and place of the prize receipt by the phone.
  • 6.1.2. After determination of the winner's trading account Organizer checks information about the Participant and legality of his participation in the Campaign in accordance with points 2.1. - 2.3. of these rules. In case some data is not correct or Participant does not have a right to participate in the Campaign, the draw is considered to be not valid.
  • 6.1.3. In case prize receiving procedure (absence of ID, expiration of ID validity and etc.) is violated by the winner Organizer reserves the right not to award the winner.

6.2. The receipt of the main prize of the Campaign - Hummer H3

• • 6.2.1. Hummer H3 may be received in the Headquarters of the company - Kaliningrad or Moscow (Russian Federation) at the discretion of the winner.
  • 6.2.2. Prize is passed to the winner only after ID checking and signing of the Acceptance Certificate where the following data are written: Full name, date of birth, ID data, contact phone number with country and city code. In case a Winner will not provide this information Organizer reserves the right not to award the Winner.
  • 6.2.3. The Campaign Winner is responsible for car's transportation from any of the following company's offices: Moscow or Kaliningrad (Russian Federation).
  • 6.2.4. Since the moment of getting the prize the Campaign Participant is responsible for the payment of taxes and other compulsory payments set by the Government.
  • 6.2.5. The Campaign Winner is responsible for car's transportation from the company's head representative office in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation.
  • 6.2.6. If at any case the Winner can not come to take the car, he will get $50000 account. The money will not be accessible for withdrawal, but any profit gained of the sum can be withdrawn without limitation.

6.3. Prize of the draw "Honorable mention prize" receipt.

• • 6.3.1. The winners of draw "Honorable mention prize" are getting PDA (personal digital assistant). The number of PDA - 10 items, one for every winner.
  • 6.3.2. For prize receipt the winner have to send the scan of his/her ID to e-mail: tournament@instaforex.com or by fax: +7 4012 616265 during 30 days after the contest results' announcement.
  • 6.3.3. Prizes will be sent by post to the address, which were stated in registration form.

6.4. Prize of the draw "Prize for every hundred participant"

• • 6.4.1. The winner of draw "Prize for every hundred participant" is getting 100 bonus US Dollars (or equivalent amount in currency of their account) to the real trading account which were registered in the Campaign.
  • 6.4.2. For getting the bonus the winner has to send his/her scan of ID to the e-mail: tournament@instaforex.com or by fax: +7 4012 616265during the 30 day after the campaign results announcement.
  • 6.4.3. Bonus funds are credited during the 24 working hours after the Company receives the scan of ID and successfully identify the personality.
  • 6.4.4. Bonus funds can be withdrawn from the trading accounts without any limits.

6.5. The receipt of the prize “Friday 1000 US Dollars”

• • 6.5.1. The winner of draw "Friday 1000 US Dollars" is getting 1000 US Dollars (or equivalent amount in currency of his/her account) to the real trading account which was registered in the Campaign.
  • 6.5.2. For getting the bonus the winner has to send his/her scan of ID to the e-mail: tournament@instaforex.com or by fax: +7 4012 616265during the 30 day after the campaign results announcement.
  • 6.5.3. Bonus funds are credited during the 24 working hours after the Company receives the scan of ID and successfully identify the personality.
  • 6.5.4. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn, however any profit made over the prize amount can be withdrawn without any limits.

7. Final provisions

• • 7.1. Organizer takes protective measures of information which is connected with the Campaign holding from the unauthorized access and is not obliged to provide the information connected to the Campaign to the third party.
  • 7.2. The fact of participation in the Campaign is indicative of Participant's agreement in case of his/her win to:
    • the interview including radio, television and other mass media;
    • use his/her picture (photos, etc.) by Organizer for advertisement;
    • his/her name can be used by Organizer for advertisement without additional payment;
    • all the copyrights of the advertising materials which were made using mentioned above items are reserved by Organizer.
  • 7.3. All the disputes and disagreements which can appear in connection with the Campaign holding and results are solved by negotiations.
  • 7.4. Participation in the Campaign automatically means acquaintance and agreement with the rules and conditions of it.
  • 7.5. If the winner of the Campaign refuses to follow the rules of it his/her participation is subject to cancellation.
