Born September 24, 1987 in Kaliningrad. Graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, specialized in marketing. Took a language course in Kiel, Germany. After graduation worked in one of the leading companies of Kaliningrad where he gained considerable experience in advertising campaign organization and control.
