Born on February 10, 1983. In 2005 graduated with honours from the Baltic Naval Institute. In 2005-2008 saw duty in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In 2009 got higher legal education. Has the experience of working in executive positions in several financial companies. Certificated by the Institute of Stock Market and Management having the accreditation of the Federal Financial Markets Service. Has the diploma on brokerage and dealer activity and management of securities.
