Born 5 February 1985. Vladimir graduated with honors from the Baltic State Academy of the Russian Federation in 2008. Studying at the Academy Vladimir sailed a lot, particularly abroad. Gets a degree in the Baltic Institute of Economics and Finance at the "Finance and Credit" faculty, Banking. He has vast administrative experience in the field of realization of different international projects. Has a Diploma confirming a professional valuator qualification of business, enterprise, security papers and debt commitments. Liable to run valuation activities, the member of the Russian Valuators Society. On Forex since 2006.

Married.
