What methods of replenishment and withdrawal are available in InstaForex?

You can replenish your account by means of WebMoney, RBKMoney, Qiwi, MoneyBookers, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, Pecunix, EuroGoldCash (USD), Visa cards, MasterCard, wire transfer. Withdrawal is possible by means of the same method which you used when replenished your account.


Does the company charge any commission for replenishment or withdrawal?

The company doesn't charge any commission, however, you should take into consideration that payment system itself takes commission as well as bank takes commission for wire transfer.


How much time does it take to replenish trading account?

The replenishment via Webmoney, Liberty Reserve, RBKMoney and Global Digital Pay is processed immediately, via Qiwi during 15 min, Yandex.Money during 3 hours, via EuroGoldCash (USD) during 1-7 hours, via MoneyBookers, AlertPay and Visa/MasterCard - up to 24 hours, Pecunix up to 48 hours. Replenishment by means of wire transfer takes 2-4 days.


How much time does it take to withdraw funds from the trading account?

Withdrawal via Webmoney, Liberty Reserve, MoneyBookers and other electronic payment systems takes 1-7 hours. Withdrawal by means of wire transfer takes 2-4 days, GlobalDigitalPay withdrawal - up to 24 working hours. The process of withdrawal to Visa card can take 1-6 business day.


What is the minimal amount of withdrawal?

There are no limits for withdrawing. You may always get any remaining amount from your trading account except bank wire (minimum sum for withdrawal 300$) and credit card (minimum sum for withdrawal 50$-2500$). Also please pay attention to the commission which bank can charge for an operation: up to 30 US dollars.


What is the minimal deposit amount?

Minimal deposit is 1 US dollar.


What measures should I take in case I lose some information and become unable to use the same details for withdrawal as for deposit?

In order to change details within one payment system you should fill the F1 form and send the scan of your ID to change_requisites@mail.instaforex.com.

Why does InstaForex use 10000 lot instead of standard 100000 one?

InstaForex company gives an opportunity to trade at Forex market using three types of accounts at once: Micro Forex, Mini Forex, Standard Forex. In order to make such a technology possible a nonstandard 10000 lot was established, which at the deal by 0.01 lot gives the point price of 0.01 USD, id est the absolute minimum, which allows the accounts' owners of about 5000 - 10000 to control their risks effectively. At the same time, the lot size of 10000 makes the calculations of point cost convenient at deals opening.

What does leverage mean?

Leverage is a ratio of the margin amount relatively to the required security deposit: 1:100, 1:200, 1:1000. Leverage 1:100 means that for opening a deal you should have the amount which is 100 times less than the sum of a deal. In InstaForex Company you may choose the leverage from 1:1 to 1:1000.


Why can't I see all symbols at the Market Watch?

The symbols you see are associated with your terminal subscription. In order to extend the quotation list please right click on the Market Watch and select "Show all symbols".


Are spreads increased while news events are taking place?

InstaForex never increases spreads during news events. Each trader can be confident that trading terms will remain steady, even during news events.


May I turn to advisors? Are there any restrictions?

There are no restrictions in advisor usage.


Is it possible for a trader to owe the company money?

No, this is impossible. If trader loses while trading more than he/she has in a trading account, the Company is obliged to restore it to 0.


Is there any difference between demo and live trading?

There are no differences in terms of conditions and trading tool specifications. Trading at Demo accounts is identical to trading at live accounts, except that no deposit or withdrawal options exist for Demo accounts.


What is the minimal deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is 1USD and this gives you the opportunity to make a deal with any tool.


Why do EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF currency pairs have floating spread?

Floating spread is generally accepted trading instrument, which is used by the first-rate international broker. EUR/GBP and EUR/CHF are the only currency pairs which have floating spread. It means that from 19:00 GMT+00 till 08:00 GMT+00 spread can be increased up to 5 pips every day. Spread is a broker's fee for transaction, and it is defined by the market conditions which the company works in. In connection with increasing spreads of our counter parties spread of the currency pairs EUR/GBP and EUR/CH were transferred to the floating condition. However during the daytime (after 08:00 GMT+00) spread for this currency pairs are the same, 3 pips.


How to calculate the amount of margin?

The amount of margin is equal to the volume divided by the leverage. The volume is equal to 10000 in USD multiplied by the amount of lots, enabled in deal, and by the rate of exchange of the currency used in deal to the USD, which divided by the leverage. Currency of deal is currency which symbol stands first in currency pair designation. For example, for currency pair EUR/USD the currency of deal is EUR (thereafter rate of exchange of deal to US Dollar will be EURUSD), for USDCAD - is USD (rate of exchange of the deal to US Dollar will be equal to 1, because USD/USD=1), for GBPJPY currency of deal is GBP (rate of exchange of the deal to US Dollar will be equal to rate of exchange of GBP/USD, id est. equal to rate of exchange of GBPUSD). So under the rate of exchange which is equal to GBPUSD 1.4956 for the deal with 2 lots with the leverage 1:100 the margin will be 10000 * 2 * GBPUSD/100=299.12 USD. For the deal with USDJPY with 3.4 lots with the leverage 1:1000 the margin will be equal 10000 * 3.5 * 1/1000=35 USD.

Do you have micro and mini accounts?

Yes, we have. However, trading in InstaForex is executed with micro and mini lots. It means that you can trade by 0.01 lot in InstaForex which is equal to micro account.


How can I change my leverage?

Leverage can be changed in the Client cabinet. If for whatever reason you are not able to change it in the Client cabinet, you should send an e-mail to clients@instaforex.com or support@instaforex.com with the following information: trading account number, phone password and leverage you want to have. Also you can contact Support department by Live Chat, Yahoo, Skype, ICQ and write the same data.


I forgot trader password or PIN code (or I want to change my trader password or PIN code). How can I do it?

Trader password can be changed by a trader in the Client cabinet or in settings of the trading terminal InstaTrader.

You can change trader password by applying to the Support Service and designating the following information: account number, phone password and new trader password (Latin letters, from 6 to 12 symbols).

If you have forgotten or lost phone password, please contact the Support Service by e-mail support@instaforex.com or clients@instaforex.com, attach the scan copy of your ID/driver license and designating the account number. Your trader password will be recovered or changed according to your desire.

For PIN code recovery/changing it is necessary to send an e-mail to clients@instaforex.com or support@instaforex.com with the following information: trading account number, new PIN code (figures or figures and letters and the scan copy of your ID/driver license attached.


May I open several trading accounts under the same name?

Yes, you may. There are no limits for opening real and demo accounts under the same name.


I can trade only 8 lots maximum in InstaTrader?

No, you can type any number of lots (up to 10000).

You get 1.5 pips per a deal. This is standard practice all over the world.


How can I attract other customers?

After you opened an affiliate account (which is available for trading also), you can attract customers by sending them a partnership link. When they click on the partnership link, they will be counted as your referrals. You can also spread information among your friends. In the second case, it will be necessary to tell them your partner code (which should be written in the registration of new trading account by your friend), or designate his/her full name, account number, and also the number of your affiliate account in the message sent to eng.partners@instaforex.com. Are there any restrictions for withdrawing the partnership commission?

What is PAMM-contact information filled after the participation request in the PAMM-system and what it is for?

This information will be delivered to your investment operations counterparties. If you invest money or you receive investments you get the contact information automatically from another side and inversely. It allows to provide relation between the investment operations participants, as the Company turns out to be an intermediary from the technical aspect giving a guarantee of refund and the trader's interest, but not bothering other cooperation issues of a Trader and Investor.


What account currency is required for taking part in the PAMM-system?

Presently, only dollar accounts can be registered in the PAMM-system of InstaForex Company. In case you do not have a dollar account you can open it in a real time mode using the company's website.


I am a PAMM-trader, I've approved the investment request. What does it mean the request status is "waiting for synchronization"?

Request status "Waiting for synchronization" means that your investment will be processed in near time. The time of investment processing is fixed and it takes place once an hour.


I am a PAMM-trader, why my balance did not increase after accepting a new investment?

Just after pushing the button "Accept investment" the investment status changes to "Waiting for synchronization", that means it is necessary to wait for a while until the investment reaches the account. In case there are other investments waiting for synchronization they will be added to the account simultaneously.


Can you guarantee that the PAMM-trader will not lose my money?

PAMM-account system by InstaForex Company does not give a guarantee of making profit by the managing traders. It is meant for ensuring the technical coordination between Traders and Investors which includes entirely automatical monitoring of Traders' PAMM-accounts, money acceptance and refund. Therefore, the system guarantees your funds protection, so they won't be withdrawn by a PAMM-trader. Moreover, the system assures that you can receive your funds form the PAMM-trader's account at short notice during 30-60 minutes after requesting (depending on in which moment between synchronizations a refund request is made).


Can the PAMM-trader withdraw my invested funds?

PAMM-account system of InstaForex Company protects Investors from the risk of funds withdrawal by a PAMM-trader. PAMM-trader can withdraw only his share of PAMM-account, not involved in the deals. Can there occur a situation when a refund request by the investor can cause Stop Out immediately on the PAMM-trader's account?

If the investors share on the account is over 90% and there are few of them or just one investor - then such situation can happen. But the PAMM-system accepts funds for managing from hundreds of PAMM-traders that means the possibility of keeping funds from hundreds of investors on one trading account, and the probability of simultaneous withdrawal is very low and inversely proportional to the number of attracted investors.


Can I register an affiliate account in the PAMM-system?

Affiliate account cannot be registered in the PAMM-system, BUT account opened by a partnership link is allowed for the PAMM-system without any restictions.


Where can I see the current profit which can be withdrawn from the PAMM-trader account?

In the personal cabinet of the main menu choose "PAMM-system", then on the opened page use the link "My Investments". But for the Investor it is possible to withdraw only the TOTAL investment amount. If you are planning to withdraw funds from the PAMM-trader account partly you should make some more investments of less volume in his account. It will allow to withdraw each investment in particular.


Is the SMS notiification service about new investments by the PAMM-trader free?

Yes, the service is free, but for one account there can be sent not more than 10 SMS-messages for 24 hours.


Can a PAMM-investor be a holder of the affiliate account by means of which the PAMM-trader account was opened?

Presently, there are no any restrictions for receiving commission from PAMM-accounts. Nevertheless, such accounts comply with the common rules of InstaForex affiliate program.


I am a PAMM-trader, can I change the commission size obtained for managing the invested funds?

The size of the charged commission is set by you once during the registration in the PAMM-system and cannot be changed afterwards. However, you can open several PAMM-trader accounts putting a certain reward rate for each of them.


I am a PAMM-investor and I've sent the investment request. The PAMM-trader has neither accepted it nor rejected it. What is the validity term of a request and when will the investment amount return to my trading account?

If the PAMM-trader is inactive after receiving a request during 72 hours - this amount will return to your trading account of PAMM-Investor automatically.


Can I withdraw my profit not returning the investment?

Yes, you can. In order to receive part of profit, use Rollover option, which is available in the Investments section of the PAMM-cabinet. This option is active only for profitable investments. Both PAMM-Trader and PAMM-Investor can enable the option.


What is rollover in InstaForex PAMM-system?

Rollover is an option that allows withdrawing profit not returning the investment. The option also comprises the system of profit distribution between an investor and a trader according to the yield interest of both parties.


Can a PAMM-Trader disactivate the PAMM-service (refuse from participation in monitoring)?

If you want to register in the PAMM-system as another participant (PAMM-investor or PAMM-trader and inversely) you just have to open a new trading account. InstaForex Company does not put any limits for the number of opened trading accounts. In near time, there will be added the function "Hide account from monitoring" which will allow to remove account from monitoring.


Can I invest bonus funds in a PAMM-trader account?

Yes, you can, completely or partly. Presently, there is only one constraint: the bonus cannot be saved on the trading account if the whole deposit was invested in PAMM-trader's account. In this case, the bonus will be cancelled.


Which personal data of a Trader is visible for PAMM-investor?

Before investing a PAMM-investor sees in the monitoring the PAMM-trader's account number, project name, ICQ and Yahoo numbers (always) and also name and e-mail of a trader if he allowed to show it. Additional information displaying is possible after investing.


Which personal data of an Investor is visible for PAMM-trader?

PAMM-trader sees the account number of the Investor and also his phone number and e-mail registered in the PAMM-system.


Can a PAMM-trader account get a bonus?

Yes, PAMM-trader account can get a bonus.


Can an account register as a PAMM-trader having received a bonus? And what will be done with the bonus?

An account with bonus can be registered as a PAMM-trader. The bonus will not be cancelled and will taken as PAMM-trader's funds.


If the investor replenishes his account, receives bonus and then invests funds in the trading accounts will the bonus be cancelled?

The Welcome Bonus will not be cancelled.


Where the investor can see the commission size charged from profit and set by the Trader?

At the monitoring table. If the investment is already completed then also in the section "My investments".


After what time the funds deposited by the account holder will be displayed in the Monitoring of PAMM-accounts?

On average, during 2-3 hours (refreshment once in 3 hours), during 5-10 minutes for monitoring (exclusively of the chart).


Does the partner receive a reward for trading of a client attracted by him (who became a PAMM-trader) with the invested funds?

Yes, he receives according to the normal procedure.


How the loss is divided between the trader and the investor? Proportionate to their shares participating in the trading or in accordance with the profit allocation?

The loss is divided proportionate to the investor and trader shares in the account. Percentage of the profit charged by a trader for funds management is not taken into account.


Might the statistical data on profitability of a PAMM project displayed in the widget be inconsistent with the data shown in Monitoring?

Various widgets are available to InstaForex customers, including those showing PAMM project profitability calculated on the basis of balance and equity. Whereas Monitoring only displays the statistics calculated on the basis of equity owing to data standardization.


How often is the information displayed in the widgets of PAMM projects updated?

The statistical data of these widgets is cached once an hour, so it may slightly lag behind the data represented in Monitoring.

Where can I verify my account?

You can verify it in the Client cabinet -> Account settings section -> Verify account.


How long does it take to verify an account?

Account verification can take up to 72 working hours.


Is it necessary to verify an account?

In compliance with InstaForex Public Offer Agreement, verification of a real trading account is optional and for your consideration. This procedure is not required to be passed by every client opening an account. Yet, it is obligatory for activation of certain services offered by the Company.


Are depositing and withdrawing available for unverified accounts?

Yes, you can deposit and withdraw funds from your unverified accounts without any obstacles.


What documents are required for account verification?

Any identifying documents are accepted. A passport (ID) or a driving licence are preferred though.


What is the minimum/ maximum size of a scanned document copy is accepted for verification?

There is no minimum scanned document copy as such. But the document is to be of high quality, so that its data could be easily read. The maximum size is 2 MB.


The document is not accepted for verification in the following cases: the scanned document copy is of low quality. You sent the document that is unsuitable for verification (no photo and your full name). The document you sent was already used for the first level of verification.


An error occurred when I was trying to upload the document, what shall I do?

If you get an error message and your document fails to be uploaded, please send detailed information about the error to support@instaforex.com, specify the number of your account and attach the screenshots of the error page. You can also try to verify your account using another Internet browser.


What are the advantages of account verification?

If you passed all verifications steps, you can employ supplementary services offered by the Company that are not available for unverified accounts.

How much will I earn if I start trading on FOREX with a minimum deposit?

What do support and resistance levels mean?

Support level is a level lower than the current rate, where the upward turn is possible from.

Resistance level is a level above the current rate, which the downward turn is possible from.


What is a trailing stop-loss?

This is a compound stop-loss order where a stop-loss price is set at a fixed rate below the market price. If the market price goes up, the stop loss price will also go up proportionally. If the market price goes down, the stop-loss price stays the same. In this way, the trader can set a limit on the maximum possible loss but not limit earnings. This means, that the trailing stop-loss follows the current price by X pips. Therefore a trailing stop-loss is a stop-loss control procedure's"it follows the price to profit". Attention! Trailing stop-losses only work when your trading terminal is connected to the server through the Internet.


What does profit figure or price figure movement mean?

Profit figure is 100 pips profit. Price movement figure is the movement in 100 pips. Round prices are referred to figures as well. For example: "EURUSD passes over the seventeenth figure" means that the rate passed over the level of 1.1700.


What are the stock exchange working hours?

Trading session opens on Sunday at 22:00 (GMT+00) and closes on Friday at 22:00 (GMT+00).


How many trading servers does InstaForex Company use and what regions are they located in?

At the given moment, InstaForex trading system consists of 2 trading servers for real accounts and 1 trading server for DEMO-accounts.
