Macau Tourist Arrivals In Package Tours Up 10% In January

The Statistics and Census Service of Macau said on Tuesday the number vistor arrivals in package tours increased 9.7% year-on-year to 458,920 in January.

The number of guests that checked into hotels and similar establishments climbed 26.6% annually in January to 664,403.

Meanwhile, the number of Macau residents travelling outbound in package tours dropped 4.5% year-on-year to 28,471, with mainland China being the most popular destination.
