Born 25 July 1982 in Novgorod. In 2003 graduated from Kaliningrad Law institute MIA Russia with honours, with a specialization in "Jurisprudence". From 2003 to 2007 served in Federal Drug Control Agency in the capacity of chief counsel and specialist of international cooperation. In 2007 started working in the field of journalism and advertising. The author of numerous publications on finance, a coordinator of large international advertising promotional projects.
