Customer Relations Manager

Born February 19, 1988. In 2008 graduated from Immanuel Kant State University of Russia (IKSUR) with “Translation and interpreting” specialization. During the study worked as a freelance translator and a guide interpreter for IKSUR foreign delegations. In 2008-2009 worked as an interpreter and translator for Kaliningrad Customs Authority. During the study also was engaged in hotel business which allowed her to gain a good experience of communication with foreign customers.
