Born on May 05, 1978. In 2000 graduated from the Russian State University, "Physics" specialty. In 2000-2001 was serving in the Baltic Navy of the Russian Federation. From 2002 to 2010 was working in one of the biggest telecommunication companies where he obtained a huge experience of cooperating with partners and clients.

Married, has a daughter.
