Born on January 09, 1959. After school did military service in the Armed forces. Thereafter, held different positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs subunits. In 2008-2009 had work practice at currency markets. Since 2009 has been working at the Central representative office of InstaForex Companies Group in Latvia.
