Back-office manager

Was born in Kaliningrad on April 1, 1986. In 2005 graduated from Kaliningrad Technical College, specialty – Technical Service of Computer Equipment and Computer Networks. In 2009 graduated from Kaliningrad State Technical University, specialty – Applied Informatics in Economy. Worked as top engineer in IT and information security in Russian Railways (RZD) till 2011. Chaired RZD Youth Council on Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad Oblast since 2010. Took part in formation of joint information space for electronic document management between custom authorities of the Kaliningrad Oblast and the Republic of Lithuania.
