In 2005 graduated from Kaliningrad Technical State University, specialization "Investment management".The PhD of the Russian State University by Immanuil Kant on chair "Economic". Finishing university in 2004-2005 worked in the marketing department of the largest regional retailer. In 2005-2008 combined postgraduate study with work in the leading Kaliningrad business magazine where less than for three years he passed all steps of career ladder from journalist, moneyline columnist to head editor of the publication. In 2008 worked in Moscow as makeup editor of the federal magazine. During his journalistic activity frequently took part in the international trips. Author of more than 300 articles on financial themes.
