Born October 11, 1988, in Svetly town, the Kaliningrad region. In 2010 graduated with honors from Baltic State Academy of the Russian Federation, Radio Engineering and Electronics Faculty, with "Automated systems of information processing and management" specialization. During practice at Kaliningrad Federal Taxation Service was involved in projecting and implementing a document circulation system for an educational institution.
