Born on March 02, 1985. Has a higher technical education and 4-year experience of municipal service as the chief engineer and specialist of information support of town-planning activities. Together with the main activity stream run the administrating of information systems safety, programming and mini- telephone exchange setting, development and implementation of video surveillance. In 2008 completed education in the South Russian School of Innovation Business. Took part in preparation and running regional exhibitions: “Small Business in Don’s Economy” and “Economic Potential in the Rostov Region”.

Interests and hobbies: car travelling and active rest in mountains.
