Graduated from Immanuel Kant State University of Russia, Law Faculty. While studying took a “Legal studies” training course at German universities: Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and Christian Albrecht University in Kiel. Got second higher education at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, Economy faculty and took management master's degree. Alexandra is a constant participant and initiator of various conferences devoted to small and medium business development in the Kaliningrad region. In 2009-2010 worked as a legal advisor in one of the biggest legal companies of Kaliningrad. Alexandra is a professional ballroom dancer and winner of several international contests.

Interests: ballroom dancing, swimming, jogging, cycling, beach volleyball.
