Born 20 April 1981. In 2003 graduated with honors from Kaliningrad State University, "Education science and Psychology" department. During study took part in international seminars on ecology problems (Russia-Denmark-Sweden). Worked as translator and supply manager in several large companies where gained sound experience of work with clients.

Married, has a son.
