Technical specialist

Born on September 10, 1981. In 2004-2006 saw duty at Armed Forces of Russian Federation, released in reserve as a senior sergeant. Had 2-year-studies in Israel at Engineering Institute, "Information systems" speciality, graduated from Ulianovsk Electromechanical College, "Computer engine, Systems, Network and Installation" speciality. Took active part in developing of Software for educational institutions.

Married, no children.
