Born on August 21, 1971. From 1986 to 1990 - study at RTRP. In 1991 became President of "DMD" company. In 1996-2002 - Inspector of Municipal police in Riga. In 2002-2007 - director of "Arli" holding company. 2007-2008 - courses at the International Banking Institute, upgrade qualifications, exchange business specialist. Since 2009 - Board Chairman of the Central representative office of InstaForex Companies Group in Latvia.
