Born July 18, 1978. In 2000 graduated from the Pavlodar State University named after S.Torajgyrov with “Automobile Construction” as the major. 2000 – 2011 worked in Pavlodar branch of broadcasting company RTRK “Kazakhstan”, in 2000 worked as the computer service engineer, 2005 – 2011 worked as the chief computer service engineer.
