Customer Support Manager

Born on October 30, 1988. In 2009 graduated with honors from the Kaliningrad Tourism Institute – the branch of the Russian International Tourism Academy with a specialization in “Business Administration”. During the study took practice in a range of big companies in HoReCa field where obtained communication experience with foreign clients. In 2009-2010 saw duty in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Presently, undergoes postgraduate study in “Management of the national economy” specialization.

Interests: tourism, foreign languages, books, music, philosophy.
