Terms and Conditions "InstaForex Sniper"

I. General conditions

• 1. Contest title - "Forex Sniper" (hereinafter - Contest).

  2. The Contest is organized by InstaForex Companies Group (hereinafter - Organizer).

  3. It is a weekly Contest, held from Monday 00:00 till Friday 23:59:59 (terminal time).

  4. Prize fund of each weekly contest amounts to 1500 USD, distributed among the winners in the following way:

  • - 1 place - 500 USD;
    - 2 place - 400 USD;
    - 3 place - 300 USD;
    - 4 place - 200 USD;
    - 5 place - 100 USD.

  5. You can register for the next weekly contest during the whole week preceding it. Registration finishes 1 (one) hour before the contest starts.

II. Participants

• 1. Every owner of a trading account with InstaForex Company can weekly take part in the Contest (hereinafter - Participant).

  2. Only clients who are over 18 may participate in the Contest.

  3. Every Participant must sign up at the InstaForex WebSite.

  4. For participation in each weekly contest Participants open separate DEMO-account.

  5. The Participant agrees with a necessity to provide true data, the full name identical to that specified in the ID document, the active contact email.

  6. In case trading on two or more accounts is conducted from the same IP, the administration reserves the right to dismiss their owner(-s) . Thus, we strongly do not recommend employing GPRS- and 3G- modems.

  7. The Organizer reserves the right to decline registration of any participant without explaining the reason or disqualify any participant during the Contest or after the Contest is over with explanation. The reason of disqualifying can be opening the big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at the same time approximately, as well as usage of failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit.

  8. Registering in the Contest a Participant accepts all the regulations, which concern the Contest.

  9. The participation close relatives in the same contest is forbidden. If the registration data of the Contestant's account coincides with the registration information of another Contestant, the Company has a right to regard this matching as a reason for disqualification.

III. Trading conditions

• 1. After the registration in the Contest a Participant gets a DEMO- account.

  2. Initial deposit is 10.000 USD for all the Participants and can not be changed.

  3. Leverage is 1:500 by default.

  4. All orders which were put at non-market price are destined to cancellation. The Contest Administration reserves the right to disqualify the account in case it was employed for trading at non-market quotations.

  5. Participants may use Expert Advisors and any trading strategies without any restrictions.

  6. Major currency pairs and Forex crosses are the only available trading instruments at the contest.

  7. Minimum volume of a deal is 0.01 lot, maximum - 1 lot.

  8. Participant can change his trading account to Swap-free by contacting Technical department.

  9. The maximum number of deals opened at the same time, including pending orders, is 5.

  10. Stop-out level is 10%.

  11. Other trading conditions for contest trading accounts are the same as for the live trading accounts of InstaForex.

IV. Results' publication

• 1. The equity of Participants' accounts is available in free access at company's web-site during the contest period.

  2. Organizer reserves the right to publish participants' statements after the Contest finishes.

  3. Statistics of regions and countries which Participants are from may be published as well.

  4. Contest results are published during 10 days after contest finishes and all checking procedures are done.

V. The Winner Specification

• 1. After current contest finishes all deals will be closed automatically by current prices.

  2. The owners of the biggest deposits will be announced as the winners.

  3. In case two Participants have the same profit, the decision who is the winner will be made by Organizer.

  4. The winners of the Contest agree with their Name publishing.

  5. The Participant is not entitled to obtain two prizes per month. In case he/she takes a prize place more than once a month, the Participant drops out of the contest and the range of prizes shifts down starting from his/her place.

  6. In order to obtain the prize, each winner is to meet the following requirement: not less than 5% of the total profit is to be derived from trading results on both GBPUSD and GBPJPY.

VI. Prize Receipt

• 1. The winners must send their photos and scanned copies of their ID by e-mail tournament@instaforex.com or by fax (+7 4012 616265) during 30 days after the results of the Contest are announced.

  2. The prize funds will be credited to the trading account opened by Contest Administration.

  3. All prizes including the first prize cannot be withdrawn, however any profit made over the prize amount can be withdrawn without any limits.

  4. A trading account is charged off automatically at filing an application for withdrawal. At considering the application specialists make sure that the balance and free margin comply with the amount of funds available for withdrawing. In case of incompliance the sum specified in the withdrawal application is credited back to the account.
