Euro Plunges To Fresh Multi-week Low Versus Swiss Franc

The European common currency extended its previous session downtrend against the Swiss franc in New York afternoon deals on Friday. At 3:25 pm ET, the euro plunged to fresh multi-week low of 1.4564 versus the franc, compared to yesterday's closing value of 1.4618.
