Forex Trading Statistics in MetaTrader

Previously traders could just watch the market condition analyzing indicator of summary position; now they have full access to such details as the bullish trades rate; average entry points; average pending orders points; overall trades on given currency pairs including open positions; overall trades including pending orders; and perhaps the most interesting type of statistics – the price of a currency pair calculated on the basis of hundreds of thousands trades.

New data is available not only in MetaTrader, but also on the official website of InstaForex for demo and live accounts, in the Market Depth symbol group. In the MetaTrader platform symbols can be viewed by right clicking on Market Watch, then choosing Show all symbols option.

Apart from InstaForex trading platform, the real-time Forex statistics is also available on the company’s website in the Charts section → Forex inside. Market statistics is presented in charts for you to have a clear idea of the current market condition and forecast its changes over time taking advantage of the dozens of charts.

Market statistics indicators are denoted as follows:

• XXDepth - total position on a certain currency pair
• XXBuyLevel - average rate of all Buy deals on a certain currency pair
• XXSellLevel - average rate of all Sell deals on a certain currency pair
• XXTrades - percentage of open trades on a given currency pair out of the total number of trades
• XXOrders - percentage of pending orders on a given currency pair out of the total number of trades
• XXVolume - percentage of funds invested in trades on a given currency pair out of the total number of funds involved in trades
• XXEstimated - the price of a certain currency pair based on entry points and volume of open Buy and Sell trades
• XXBuyLimit/BuyStop - average rate of Buy Stop and Buy Limit orders
• XXSellLimit/SellStop - average rate of Sell Stop and Sell Limit orders

XX vary depending on which currency pair a market statistics chart is plotted for:

• UJ - USDJPY
• UC - USDCHF
• UD - USDCAD
• EC - EURCHF
• GC - GBPCHF
• EJ - EURJPY
