If an error occurred or nothing happened when you were uploading your documents, try to do the following:
- try to verify your account using another Internet browser;
- clear cookies and cash on your browser;
- check the total size of the files (it should not exceed 25 Mb)
- make sure that the name of the file does not contain punctuation marks and symbols;
- restart your computer.
